anxiety attack
Have you ever experience anxiety attack?
Well, I do always feel anxious.
So, today I google for some information about anxiety attack.
Well, after reading some of the conclusions, I do come to the point where its okay to feel worried before a big presentation, having butterflies in the stomach before an exam. This anxiety helps, helps us to remain focus.
But then again, if anxiety becomes over-whelming, excessively.. you may suffer a anxiety attack or panic disorder.
This disorder might affect the normal life of a person.
Anyway, I don't think it's a "end-of-the-world" if you have this disorder. There are many treatments available..
